It is the most intimate apartment of the Piaggione di Serravalle. It is located in a structure independent of the farmhouse, which is connected, albeit without direct access, with the Lodge. The privacy and simplicity will welcome you inside this singular apartment, much smaller than the size of the other two, but, precisely for this reason, from the undoubtedly more evident and accommodating reception. It has a living room with fireplace, furnished according to the criteria of simplicity and elegance, which leads to a decent kitchen with all the useful supplies. In addition to 1 bathroom with shower, the apartment is further composed of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Punta di diamante of the hut, the private garden next to the structure, surrounded by vineyards, is the ideal meeting place to enjoy an undisturbed and silent pause, lulled by the sound of the wind and the songs of animals, comfortably seated under an umbrella and the meat in the steaming barbecue. La Capanna can boast at its disposal also a private parking and an access to the Loggia in the immediate vicinity of its entrance. Ideal for couples or small families, it is the closest apartment to the panoramic swimming pool and other services.
